PREPARATION
At Ascend Hijamah we offer a holistic approach to your wellbeing, mentally, physically and spiritually with nature in mind. You are not a machine, YOU! are much more complex and amazing with so many different layers to your wellness and with that in mind you also need to be treated in that LIGHT.

We are all similar to nature and its patterns and nature has a way of teaching us about our selves. Everything around us is alive in ways that we know very little about.

When you start to understand that disease is actually split into two words (Dis)(Ease), which means you are out of balance with mind, body and soul. The key here is to align those three together so they can be in harmony and have your body return to a state of homeostasis. All you have to do is GET OUT OF THE WAY and let your own miraculous body do what it does best, which is, take care and heal us as long as we get out of the way and give it what it needs.

All it takes is baby steps! It's a journey not a destination and we are here for you! Please let us know how we can be of service.

Call for a 20 minute consultation to discuss your health history, concerns, and goals.
This will help us create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

-
Nervousness.
-
Nausea- this is a common side affect during Hijama, but does not last long.
-
Tiredness or feeling Extremely Relaxed- this usually occurs after the session and may last for 1-2 days. It is a very common after effect; due to the body working hard and focusing it’s energy on the areas where Hijama was performed.
-
Energy- some patients get a burst of energy almost immediately after session. Even if this happens, patients should still pace themselves and not overdo it, as the body needs time to recuperate and heal.
